Title to and risk of loss for Products pass to you once the Products are handed over to the shipping carrier. NiKENNY is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by carriers after dispatch, subject to Section 6 below.

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. NiKENNY shall not be liable for failed delivery, misdelivery, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.
3. Cancellations
3.1 Cancellation Window
Cancellation requests must be submitted within twenty-four (24) hours of purchase, provided the order has not already entered fulfillment or been shipped.
3.2 How to Request Cancellation
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing using the contact details provided on the website and must include sufficient information to identify the order.
3.3 Cancellation Limitations
Once an order has entered fulfillment or has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and will instead be subject to the return and refund provisions of this Policy.
Approval of cancellation requests is subject to NiKENNY’s reasonable discretion.
4. Refund Requests
4.1 Refund Request Deadline
Refund requests must be submitted within seven (7) days of delivery of the Product.
Requests submitted outside this timeframe will not be eligible for consideration.
4.2 No Automatic Refunds
Submitting a refund request does not guarantee approval. All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with this Policy, the Terms and Conditions, and applicable law.

5. Returns (United States)
5.1 Return Window
Eligible Products purchased by customers within the United States may be returned within fourteen (14) days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
5.2 Condition of Returned Products
Due to the hygiene-sensitive nature of cosmetic tools:
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in original condition
- All original components must be included
- Products showing signs of use, wear, alteration, or tampering are not eligible for return
5.3 Return Authorization
All returns require prior authorization from NiKENNY. Unauthorized returns may be refused and returned to the sender at the sender’s expense.
5.4 Return Shipping Costs
Unless otherwise required by law or expressly approved in writing by NiKENNY, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
6. Damaged, Defective & Incorrect Products
6.1 Shipping Damage Disclaimer
NiKENNY packages Products with reasonable care prior to shipment. However, damage occurring during transit is often caused by third-party carriers.
NiKENNY is not responsible for carrier-caused damage once Products have been transferred to the carrier, except where required by law.
6.2 Packaging Damage
Damage to external packaging, boxes, or cosmetic wrapping alone does not qualify for a return, refund, or replacement if the Product itself is intact and functional.
6.3 Internal Product Damage
If the Product itself is broken, defective, or materially damaged upon delivery, NiKENNY will evaluate the issue on a case-by-case basis.
Any remedy offered — including replacement, partial refund, store credit, or no action — shall be determined at NiKENNY’s sole discretion.
6.4 Evidence Requirement
NiKENNY may require clear photographic or other reasonable evidence to assess claims related to damage, defects, or incorrect items. Failure to provide requested evidence may result in denial of the claim.
7. Allergy, Sensitivity & Personal Reaction Exclusion
NiKENNY Products are cosmetic tools intended for external use only. Individual skin types and sensitivities vary.
Refunds, returns, or replacements will not be issued for allergic reactions, irritation, sensitivity, or individual dissatisfaction where the Product is otherwise intact and compliant with this Policy and the Terms and Conditions.
Users are responsible for discontinuing use if irritation or discomfort occurs.
8. International Orders
International orders may be subject to additional restrictions, customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. All such charges are the responsibility of the customer.
International orders may not be eligible for returns or refunds except where required by applicable law.
